Items to Assemble:
1 Lid Handle
2 #10-24x1-3/4” Machine Screw
2 Lock Nuts (#10-24) (keps)
1 Bezel
1 Washer (5/16)
1 Temperature Gauge w/Wing Nut
Items to Assemble:
3 Lid Hangers
3 #12x1/2” Self-tap Screw
A Attach lid handle to lid with (2) #10-24x1-3/4” machine screws
and(2) #10-24 hex nuts. Tighten the screws not the hex nuts.
B Remove wing nut from thermometer. Place thermometer into
bezel and through lid. Place washer from underneath lid and
reattach the wing nut.
Attach each lid hangers inside of lid with (1) #12x1/2” self-tap screw as
shown. Repeat until all 3 brackets are installed.

from lid hangers.

1 LP Tank
DANGER
Never fill the cylinder beyond 80% full. An overfilled
LP tank is hazardous due to possible gas released
from the safety relief valve.
• The safety relief valve on the LP tank could activate
releasing gas and cause an intense fire with risk of
property damage, serious injury or death.
NEVER store a spare LP tank under or near grill or
in enclosed areas.
If you see, smell or hear escaping gas, immediately
get away from the LP tank/grill and call your fire
department.
All spare LP tanks must have safety caps installed
on the LP tank outlet.
CAUTIONCAUTION
• Failure to install tank correctly may allow gas hose
to be damaged in operation.

A Place LP tank onto base as shown. Tighten thumbscrew
between wheels to hold tank in position.
