Turn cart over as shown. Make sure wheels on base face away from Handle.

Each leg attaches to base with (2) #10-24x1” machine screws and (2) #10-24 lock nuts.

Control leg correctly attached to base

Insert valve stem into opening on control leg, attach with (2) #10-24x1” machine
